Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return policy for most of our products. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items, beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, and open-pack wholesale orders are non-returnable. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges: For exchanges, we will respect the original paid price for the product. To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend returning the original product and, once your return is processed, making a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
